About Me
Hi I’m Huw. I’m a single parent, normally working from home but my work often involves me returning late in the evening or takes me away for a couple of days at a time. I am looking for some help with ensuring my son has his evening meal and my pets (dogs and cats - are fed. I am also keen to find someone who would stay overnight when I am away and ensure that he and the pets get their breakfast.
My Requirements
I have a 19 year old son who is in his third year at Shrewsbury college. He is autistic and, while he is very responsible, chatty, fun and great company, some of the day to day tasks are challenging for him. In particular, making his evening meal or breakfast. He also struggles with feeding our pets. Ideally I would like someone to help him in the early evening with preparing his dinner on the days/nights when I am away.
I would also like that person to be able to help with a few household tasks when they are with my son, especially feeding our pets - 4 cats and 2 dogs. An ideal role for an animal lover! If I am away overnight, I would like someone to be able to stay over and ensure everyone gets their breakfast the next morning.
The days and times I need help on are rather ad hoc, as I have no set timetable for when I will need to be away with work. Typically I will need help when I stop over in London every two weeks or so (usually two of the days between Tues-Thurs) when an overnight stay would be needed.
