I am a fun, active person who is equally as motivated in my work life as I am in my private. I put a lot of energy into my day as a nanny. I love the outdoors, music, arts and crafts. I enjoy working with children, particularly with the combination of different ages.
I take great pride in my chosen career in child care. I believe children should be given the opportunity to learn and develop. My focus is education, and to provide a supportive learning environment. I am highly competent in caring for new-borns. I value the importance of a routine. I have successfully dealt with weaning to solids, as well as freshly prepare, cook and purée baby food, potty training etc. I see myself as a calm and confident individual that handles pressure with ease. I have had a very good working relationship with all my employers, and we have always worked as a team.
My Experience
I have 20+ years of experience as a nanny. I have also worked in nurseries and preschools. I’m a mother of a 20 year old daughter, who is now at university.
I have experience of all age groups from newborn. I’m good at establishing routines, weaning and potty training. I have knowledge an understanding of gastrointestinal allergies and reflux.
