My Requirements

We are a warm, kind and caring family looking for an experienced, reliable nanny who can confidentl step into my shoes for three days a week to deal with children but also take care of household.

Most days I will be working from home in our garden office, but I need someone who can help run the household smoothly and take over with the boys when needed and pick them up from school when I can’t.

What We’re Looking For (details )

A calm, friendly but firm nanny who:

* Can manage after-school routines, support occasional homework/learning and confidently handle sibling rivalry when it arises.

* Is happy to work alongside me when I’m around, or take full charge when I’m in meetings or away at the office.

* Is organised and proactive around the house – putting on a wash, folding and putting clothes away (ideally with the boys), tidying common areas, helping with groceries, taking the bins out, and general day-to-day household tasks.

* Can prepare evening meals, or help with cooking depending on the day.

* Is experienced with children, understands structure and routine, and helps reinforce our family’s values of kindness, good manners and responsibility.

Typical Responsibilities

* After-school pick-ups, drop-offs to clubs and managing logistics

* Light household tasks: laundry, folding, tidying, organising, cooking

* Supporting homework or reading some days

* Managing meal times and clearing up afterwards

* Spending fun, relaxed time with the boys

* Keeping the home running smoothly on the three working days

* Occasional extra hours when we have late meetings

* Additional help in school holidays (if available)

Requirements
* Fluent English speaker
* DBS/CRB checked
* Non-smoker
* Right to live and work in the UK
* At least two checkable references.
* Strong childcare experience and confidence managing siblings
* Reliable, organised, warm and assertive when needed
