I am a caring patient individual, who although having turned 56 I am still quite young and active. I have 5 Grandchildren aged 7and under that I look after independently on regular occasions. I am happy to work part time Monday to Friday although would need to be finished by 4.30pm on Tuesdays as I run the local Beaver unit in Ripley.
My Experience
I have worked in the specialist teacher team as a behaviour support worker for 16 years and have also worked in a special needs school for 2 years. I have been working for a family in Guildford for the past 2 years (3 children, aged14,13 & 8). Sadly they no longer require a nanny. I also run a Beaver unit of 20 children aged 6 -8 yrs, which I have done for over 20 years. This involves organising activities, learning new things and the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
My Qualifications
I am up to date with all first aid training and have training in food hygiene.
Also I have done safeguarding training and I am DBS checked.
