Live In Nanny Job in Milton Keynes
About Me
I am a parent looking for a skilled live -in self employed Nanny , ofsted registered with up to date DBS . The right person must be passionate about children , nurturing and enabling them to achieve their full potential. I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old. Duties includes personal care, feeding ,playing , stimulaying activity, maintain safety through supervision, getting the children ready and taking them to nursery and pick them up at 3.30 pm . Sole charge position. Some housekeeping duties included. Cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

I was really disappointed by this individual. At first she contacted me asking for a discussion regarding pricing and i contacted her as requested. She asked me what i was able to offer and she agreed to take the job during the conversation. So we arranged that she would come to the house on Monday between 3 and 4pm. I called her on sunday to confirm again if she was definitely coming , she didnt answer and then i sent her a text to which she replied after 3 hours saying she would come as agreed. On monday i cancelled all plans for the afternoon because of her and only for her to send me a text after 2pm on monday saying she found another position and therefore not coming. I felt really disappointed given all the sacrifice i made in order to meet with her and also she had no courtesy to inform me in the morning rather she waited until after 2pm just an hour before the meeting to inform me. On reflection I am glad i didnt have to employ her as she would have let me down in the long run and probably would have made me lose my job due to her unreliability and poor communication.
