About Me

Level 5 qualified practitioner looking for a Childminders assistant role!

I am a passionate, nuturing and highly experienced Early Years Practitioner and a proud mum of two. I have 10+ years of experience working in both nurseries and social care, plus a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies.

I absolutely love working in early years and enjoy the daily giggles and fun with the children, whilst supporting their development based on the EYFS guidelines.

Nursery Practitioner Experience
-Provided nurturing care and age-appropriate sensory development for children aged 0–5 based on the EYFS framework.

- Managed key children; conducted accurate observations and assessments in alignment with the EYFS framework.

Social Care Experience
-Provided intensive, tailored emotional and practical support to children in care; tackling complex issues like developmental trauma, self-harm, placement breakdowns and life story work to ages 0-17 years.

Personal Experience
-Mum of two (ages 1 and 4)
-First-hand experience navigating childhood allergies, meaning I am hyper-vigilant regarding cross-contamination, reading labels, and strict dietary safety.
-Plenty of empathy, patience and understanding for big toddler emotions!

9 GCSE's (A-C)
