My Experience
I've been in childcare for 14 years. I've been in a nursery for 9 years which i have been a room leader for 4 of those years. I've just come back from working in France as a childcare manager in a holiday resort and have also worked in Greece as head of department in a childcare club. I am now back as a preschool room leader .
My Qualifications
i am qualified level 3 in childcare. i have done management training (which helped me to manage the staff in the room) im first aid trained,fire safety trained,child protection trained and have been on a course called "engaging boys"

Jess looked after our four-year-old son during an evening when we went to the theatre. She read stories with him, played some board games and tucked him into bed. Our son bonded with her immediately and was so happy to tell us the next day that Jess “read all the stories in the Little Witch Hazel book” 🤣
I am sure we’ll get lots of questions from him when Jess is next coming back and we would definitely ask her again in the future.
