My Requirements

We are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and confident caring for children independently.
Our ideal babysitter is someone who enjoys engaging with children, planning activities, getting involved in play, and building genuine relationships with them rather than simply supervising them.
Experience supporting children through emotional outbursts, big feelings, anxiety, or neurodivergent needs would be highly valued. We are looking for someone calm, patient, and able to help children regulate while maintaining clear and kind boundaries.
We would love to find someone who requires minimal supervision, can take initiative, and feels comfortable managing the children’s needs while creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
