Hello, I’m Matina! I’m a caring, patient and responsible person who really enjoys spending time with children.
Throughout my studies, I’ve babysat for a number of different families alongside my studies, looking after children of different ages and personalities. This has taught me that every family is different, and that parents have their own routines, preferences and ways of doing things. I always make an effort to understand what works best for each family and follow the parents’ wishes when it comes to their children.
I’m naturally quite calm and easy-going, but also reliable and responsible when it matters. I enjoy getting involved with the children, whether that’s playing games, reading, helping with homework or simply keeping them entertained. I think it’s important that children feel comfortable around the person looking after them, while parents can feel reassured that their children are in good hands.
I’m mainly available on weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays, and I can be flexible with times depending on what you need. I’d be very happy to meet you and your family and see if I’d be a good fit for your childcare needs.
My Experience
I have babysitting experience with several different families, which I’ve done alongside my studies over the years. I’ve looked after children with different personalities, ages and routines, so I’m comfortable adapting to what each child and family needs. Working with different families has also taught me that every parent has their own preferences when it comes to childcare, and I’m always respectful of their routines and expectations.
I’m happy to help with things like playing and keeping children entertained, reading, preparing simple meals, helping with homework and getting ready for bedtime. I’m also used to being responsible for keeping children safe while making sure they have a fun and positive time
My Qualifications
Life Support 3 from the Royal Life Saving Society UK. Infant, Child and Adult.
French B2 and Greek native speaker.
My Availability
I’m mainly available on weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays, and I’m quite flexible with timings. I’m happy to work around your schedule, whether you need a few hours during the day, an evening babysitter, or regular weekend childcare. If you have specific times in mind, feel free to get in touch and we can see what works best!

- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
