My Requirements

After a fantastic three years we are sadly having to say goodbye to our hugely organised, energetic, creative and caring nanny and looking for an equally wonderful, qualified replacement ready to look after our three young children. The role can be live in or live out (separate accommodation) Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6.30pm (flexible hours needed, with ad hoc Fridays) based just outside of Liphook, West Sussex. We have a 6.5yr old boy, 4yr old boy and 20 month old girl. Our nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s daily routine including cooking, washing, organising activities/classes, play dates etc. A driving license is an essential and we want someone who will integrate into our very happy household and continue the kids great experiences while being cared for as we care for them.

Previous experience with multiple kids is a necessity. We are looking for a highly competent, proactive, trustworthy, qualified nanny with a positive attitude who uses their initiative and understands how to engage with children, stimulate them, help and track their development and progress and communicate well with both us as parents and the children.

We are looking for someone who either lives locally or is happy to live in and is fluent in English (if not native language). We would like the role to start in January with a few handover days in mid December before Christmas.
