Mother’s Help / Nanny / Home Help Wanted – Rugby

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and proactive mother’s help / nanny / home help to join our family for around 8-10 hours per week, across 2 days: ideally Tuesdays, Thursdays, approximately 2/3pm –7pm, during term time only with occasional/optional cover during school holidays if possible.

I’ll be at home during the hours worked, as my eldest child is homeschooled, so we’re looking for someone who can work alongside me as an extra pair of hands around the home and with the children, rather than someone who would be solely responsible for the children.

The role would be varied and could include:

* Helping with the children and keeping them entertained
* Supporting with homeschooling where appropriate
* School/nursery runs and taking children to activities
* Preparing simple family meals and snacks
* Laundry and ironing
* General tidying and keeping on top of the household
* Light cleaning
* Helping with shopping/errands
* Occasional babysitting
* Generally helping things run a little more smoothly!

We’re looking for someone kind, trustworthy, organised and happy to muck in, who enjoys being around children and is comfortable working in a busy family home.

There may also be opportunities for occasional mornings, evenings and weekends, depending on availability.

Rugby / Warwickshire.

Experience with children, especially SEND, and/or previous experience as a nanny, mother’s help or household helper would be ideal. References and a DBS check will be required.
