My Requirements

I was a nanny, I understand what it is like to work in someone’s home. I will be very respectful, I will pay well (taking home no less than £22ph net, more depending on experience) and correctly, review pay every year, give the correct holidays, not expect you to be a housekeeper, certainly not take your pay away because I decide to go on holiday (it’s happened to me!). I will be very open in conversation and give you opportunities to sit down and bring up what is or isn’t working.

In return,

I am looking for someone gentle and kind in their parenting style. Someone who views a child as a person with emotions just as valid as any adults. Someone consistent who appreciates how important consistency is for a child.

I will be out the house some weeks, in and out of the house other weeks, in some weeks.
