My Requirements

I was a nanny, I understand what it is like to work in someone’s home. Very hard!

We will be very respectful, review pay every year, give the correct holidays, not expect you to be a housekeeper, certainly not take your pay away because we decide to go on holiday (it’s happened to me!). We will be very open in conversation and give you opportunities to sit down and bring up what is or isn’t working. We can also give you details of our current nanny and cleaner so you can get an idea of what it is like working for us and working in our house.

Rate: from £23p/h

Hours:
- 9am-6pm
+
- one weekend day a month of 12hrs

In return,

I am looking for:

- Someone kind and loving in their parenting style, with strong knowledge on how to hold boundaries with toddlers in the developmentally correct way.

- Someone who believes to their core that a child is a person with emotions just as valid as any adults.

- Someone who helps lighten the load of motherhood
