Amazing carer and great communication

I think Halima is one of the best I have met, that's why I can recommend her with no hesitation. She is very professional, respectful, communicates well, so I know what I stand on even if she is busy. I visited her to get to know briefly before I brought my daughter in. She is very warm, friendly and her place is clean. My daughter had just been with Halima last weekend for 4hrs and didn't want to go home. Halima has good prices as well. She is in town centre, which is a perfect location. I trust her and hoping for a long-term cooperation. Thank you Halima.

Good care but bad communication

This review is not out of malice but real experience. Everyone can decide if it's worth to deal with. Personally I wouldn't not recommend now, because the communication from Edith is not polite, professional, but abrupt, takes very long, then you get 1 line with no greeting and not getting all response you asked for so you know if you can ask her again closer to time. When you sometime confirm to her you agree, she won't say thank you, that's OK, see you then, but often no response or just okay. I have known Edith from around covid year and all was great and she really cared to respond better. Since recently I wanted occasional weekend eve/overnight care, her attitude changed. So from last year Oct 25 I msged her on WhatsApp no response, so msged on childcare here. On Feb 26 she responded she had account issues. I tried not to argue. I used her service 1 after that. As UC needs invoice, I told her to send after the care. I chased 4x to be finally correct. Since then I wanted to use more and was always honest. I was let down by my friend, couldn't once come to her, apologised, but promised will give her more work soon. After a week I contacted her recently asking for 2 dates in the same month. I had to chase the response again. Finally one day around 3am she responded with no greeting about one of dates. I questioned if she is around for the other date. She said she didn't say as she wasn't sure. I said she should have said she isn't sure. Then she clearly stated she doesn't have time sometimes to read long msgs. Sorry but I am not you Edith to write 1 line. If I need a care I will say hello how are you and thank you at the end out of respect, I need to specify date, time and it it's 3 to 5 lines. It takes less than a minute to read thst and respond. So since you don't have time to respond, I don't have time to give you job Edith and my money since you cannot communicate properly and with respect like to customer. I would normally wait a day for response, which I think is more than reasonable. If you are too busy, better to refuse rather than doing a favour to respond. It's unprofessional and only breaks trust. FYI, I blocked you as I cannot deal with your arrogance. Please do better as it is a shame. Do not be offended, just take responsibility. You can't treat customers for granted then expect they will be running after you. I have no issues with care, my daughter was OK but your communication has become bad. Treat people like you want to be treated. More money you earn doesnt mean you cannot be consistently professional. Thanks.

5 star babysitter

It was 1st time, but I can only say very good carer. My girl is very happy. Highly recommended and will need more in future. Thank you.
