About Me
Taking care of children’s needs is something that has always been natural to me. An inspiration to a career into working with children was after having my own. My instinct was to combine the two skills and experiences. I like children and enjoy being around children. I am a caring, patient/ tolerant, kind, calm and a good listener. I use tailored approach of dignity to fulfil each child’s needs and respect to their personal rights and privacy. Am sensitively aware of and responsive to the feelings and needs of others. I am also self-aware of my behaviour on other people, am a relaxed carer who works well under pressure. I have improved my skills working in various settings and gained experience by learning from my senior staff members.
Am a responsible and trustworthy person. My communication skills have improved greatly during the years of working. These busy environments have taught me a lot about time management and patience.
