Joanne is amazing! She made mornings super fun for my 7 year old and provided a school drop off service as the was no school breakfast club provision. Good sanitary policies and procedures are in place and her communication is great. My daughter is often funny with people she doesnt know, but she felt at ease with Joanne and couldn't wait to get to the house in the mornings, thus making my mornings super easy as there are no tears or tantrums. We would highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed. Just a shame we are moving schools. My daughter was sad that we wasnt returning!
