Hello! I'm Rebecca (Becks). I am a 27 Postgraduate student who has moved back to South Wales from busy London. I have always had a love for children and would love to be of help to you and your family.
My Experience
During the pandemic I noticed a lot of parents struggling to home school their children so I set up a voluntary tutoring programme to help primary school children. In the last 12 months I have supported pupils from various backgrounds to fulfil their academic potential by increasing their subject knowledge, confidence, and study skills.
I believe in lots of interactive play, good home cooked fresh food, lots of reading and time spent in nature. I am have happy, positive nannying style, there is no shouting or physical punishment but a safe and comforting environment.
I worked as a Nanny in London for 10 months, looking after a sweet 5 year old boy. I would do school runs, take him to sports lessons, play dates as well as going to the park and having fun creative play time at home. I have also previously worked at West Park Primary School in nursery and reception. I spent a summer in Italy au-paring for a 6-year-old boy. I regularly babysit from ages 9 months - teenagers, helping with homework, cooking, bathing and playing. I am incredibly friendly, kind, and compassionate. Current DBS check and can request a reference from the family I worked for in London, Rome as well as the children I currently tutor.
