Very dissatisfied. I feel let down by Olivia and it has left us in a very difficult position finding another helper last minute. Olivia and I had been communicating for 2-3 weeks around medium-long term support for my son. We met in person (with my son) and agreed various dates over a 2 month period. However, on the day of “ the first job” Olivia stopped responding to cny calls and texts and did not arrive. Thankfully the first job was a combined visit with his current helper otherwise he would have been left at the collection point waiting with no one coming. Very upsetting. I appreciate thing can change but this should have been communicated to me. All my messages showed as “read” on WhatsApp and I could see that Olivia was online but chose to not respond
