We couldn't be happier with the care that Gemma provides for our little boy.

From day one, she's been welcoming, friendly and professional, and it's clear how much she cares about the children she looks after. Our son is so happy and settled in her care, which as parents is the most important thing we could ask for.

We've always found Gemma to be approachable, accommodating and easy to communicate with. She's created a lovely, safe and nurturing environment, and we have complete confidence in the care she provides.

We also appreciate that childminders have families and personal responsibilities of their own, and sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that are completely outside their control. In our experience, Gemma has always had the children's best interests at heart, and we've found her to be very dedicated to her work. We think it's important that rare unforeseen difficulties don't overshadow the consistently excellent care she provides.
