My son experienced massive separation anxiety as I went back to work, and at times I was unsure as to whether he would be able to settle in a new environment. We are so hugely grateful to Eliza, who worked tirelessly to help him settle. She is empathetic, supportive, nurturing and compassionate, and treats all her little ones with genuine warmth and care. Our son now absolutely loves going to see her and the other children, and it has been such a joy seeing him thriving! Eliza is really organised and professional in her communication, and she sends lovely photos and updates of what our son has been getting up to through the day. We also love that she takes the children to spend time outside in nature, and organises fun outings to lots of different places, so that they learn from each other and the world around them. I would say that Eliza is someone who is passionate about her job, goes above and beyond, and is truly gifted at what she does. We honestly couldn't recommend her any more highly!
