About Me
Hi. I have been childminding since 2005. I do love my job! I have plenty of references and experience. I have two children of my own who love having friends here.
I live in a lovely spacious detached house in Arnold which is a corner plot so plenty of parking space!
Me & my husband are both DBS checked. I work Mon-Fri 8am-6pm term time & school holidays.
We now have a Cavapoo puppy in August after loosing our beloved 15 years old Labrador & Cavalier. She is such a joy! The children adore her. We are all besotted!
I offer pick up & drop off to Arnold Vale Juniors & Woodthorp infants.
I provide lovely hand written memory folders that include photos & children’s artwork & next steps for development & observations & achievements.
Daily photo updates will be sent straight to you. I love doing crafts & taking the children to the park most days. We visit the library and playgroups and soft play and the castle and the farm etc.
We have pet fish. I’m a non smoker. I cook all meals from scratch as enjoy providing healthy fresh cooked meals. No ultra processed foods. I can cater for any dietary requirements easily.
I accept all funding.
I have been a home educator so have tons of learning resources as we love to learn through play.
We have a huge two story playhouse in the garden and a swing and slide and sand pit and water table and soil pit and two mud kitchens and a fairy garden & a vegetable garden etc.
Plenty of neurodiverse experiences.
I like to provide a home from home happy environment for your children. Hope to hear from you.

My Experience
Have have plenty of experience since being a childminder since 2005 and before this I worked as a fully qualified nursery nurse in a small & a large nursery. I have my own children who absolutely love having children to play with. My little girl is 7 years old and my little boy is 3 years old.
I have looked after a variety of children from all different ages and abilities and backgrounds. Every child gets treated equally to their own individual needs. I have minded children full time from 6 weeks to 16 years and enjoyed every minute of it! (Apart from some bits of Ofsted paperwork. Hehe!)
My Qualifications
I have my level 2 & 3 NVQ in childcare and education and hold a current 1st aid certificate & Safeguarding & food hygiene and many more....
My Availability
Full time spaces for pre school & before & after school available. I can do pick up & drop off to Arnold Vales Juniors and Woodthorp infants. If you work from home and are able to drop off from other schools then I can accommodate anyone. Please get in touch & look me up for more information. Thanks

- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£30 half day £50 full day
£5 before school £15 after school

Belinda has been an excellent childminder and has been looking after our daughter for the past 2 years. Our daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and we were looking for a childminder who was willing to have the training in order to care for her, Belinda was more than happy to oblige and has been amazing with her. She always plans various activities and trips out to keep the children entertained. She provides home cooked meals made from scratch. We couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Belinda has cared for my children on many occasions over the last ten years.
Her setting is home from home. Very child focused and she spends quality time with each child working with them on their strengths and building confidence too.
Belinda home cooks and has the children involved in baking and cooking which my children loved.
My children get on really well with the whole family and enjoy their time spent there.

Belinda has been an absolutely amazing childminder for my daughter, Emmie. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the children in her care are happy, safe, and having lots of fun. I really appreciate how she regularly sends me photos and updates throughout the day — it’s so reassuring to see what Emmie is up to and how much she’s enjoying herself.
Belinda is always planning lovely outings, like trips to the park, and she puts so much effort into creating exciting activities for the children to play with and learn from. It’s clear how much thought and care she puts into each day.
Another thing I love is that she cooks fresh food from scratch, which means I know Emmie is eating healthy, home-cooked meals while she’s there.
I couldn’t ask for a better childminder. Belinda is kind, dedicated, and truly amazing at what she does. Emmie absolutely loves going there, and I feel so lucky to have found her.
