About Me

I'm an Ofsted registered childminder with over 15 years of experience working with children. I provide a warm, caring and home from home environment where children can learn, play and develop at their own pace.
I live with my husband and our two children, aged 15 and 12. We also have a friendly small dog, a cat and a rabbit, who are all familiar with young children and are an important part of our environment.

My Experience

I have over 15 years of experience caring for children from babies through to school age, supporting them through each stage of their early development.
As an Ofsted registered childminder, I regularly update my knowledge and training to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. My qualifications include Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and a range of others over the years. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, planning activities that help children develop socially, emotionally, physically and academically while making learning enjoyable.
I work closely with parents to build positive relationships, ensuring every child receives the individual care and support they need.

Our daughter was with Sarah from Nov 2017 to April 2018. Our daughter had a great start whilst with Sarah and she loved being in a the home environment. Sarah was really good at taking her to a number of weekly activities and also teaching her new things. We would highly recommend Sarah and will always be grateful for the great start she gave our daughter.

Fantastic caring minder.

5 stars

Sarah looked after my little one brilliantly. She has a caring, nurturing Manor which is something I very much wanted for my little girl. She arranged lots of activities and outings for the children aswell as structured play at home. I would recommend her whole heartedly.
