About Me
My name is Luisa Gabriela, and I am a fully registered Ofsted childminder based in SE11. I provide a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive with confidence.
As a bilingual childminder fluent in English and Spanish, I offer a caring and educational setting focused on supporting each child’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.
With over 20 years of childcare experience caring for children from 6 months onwards, I follow the EYFS framework and incorporate Montessori-inspired learning to encourage independence, creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
My smoke-free home offers a wide range of age-appropriate toys, books, and educational resources. Daily activities include sensory play, reading, music, creative activities, outdoor learning, local outings, and regular visits to parks and playgroups.
We also have a friendly family dog called Pep’s, who is gentle, well-behaved, and comfortable around children.
Healthy meals, daily updates, and open communication with parents are always included to ensure every child feels happy, safe, and supported.
My Experience
Before becoming a registered childminder, I worked in a primary school for over 7 years, where I gained valuable experience supporting children of different ages, from younger children through to older children. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, behaviour management, and emotional wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I have also gained experience supporting children with additional needs and understand the importance of patience, communication, inclusion, and adapting activities to meet each child’s individual needs. I am confident in managing behaviour positively and helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills in a calm and nurturing environment.
I also have knowledge and experience working with the Montessori approach, encouraging children to learn through exploration, independence, hands-on activities, and child-led learning. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and able to thrive.

My Availability
Monday to Friday ,between 8.00am
to 6pm.
Baby sitting is done from my setting only and only if i have a space available at the time within my ratios.
Strictly no evenings or weekends available.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £14.00 per hour
£14 hour to £20
