I enjoy walking, swimming, reading, art and crafts and outdoor activities, but genuinely just enjoy being with children.
I am happily married and have been for over 30 years, and have two grown up children of my own who no longer live at home.
My Experience
I have worked with children my whole life, it all started with babysitting as a teenager. I have worked in Nurseries, schools, various Nanny positions and also as a registered childminder, I have experience in schools for children with special needs and in a maternity unit.
I have worked for many local families who would all be willing to give a reference. I have also been a Brownie and Rainbow guider for over 30 years. And most importantly, I am a mum of two wonderful grown up children!
My Qualifications
Nursery Nurse, Nursery Teacher, first aid, current CRB/DBS, Girlguiding leadership Qualification
My Availability
I would love to provide childcare for local families on an occasional basis, I cannot commit to a weekly position as I do travel occasionally but I am happy to help or cover childcare as and when required.
If there are any mums who would just like a few hours to themselves each week or ad hoc when needed that would suit me also.
