My Summary

My Experience

My experience with children started with growing up amongst five younger siblings so I’ve had a hand in their upbringing. Being a part of a big family has always meant having children around myself and so at the age of 15, I did a two week work experience with my primary school and absolutely loved working with younger children. I have also worked in a nursery in London, on a weekly basis, as part of my Level 3 Health and Social Care which I completed in a year rather than two. As part of one of my modules in year two of university, I did a two week placement as William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, working in the Padua ward with children. Where I carried out several activities with the children there to make their time at the hospital a little less stressful. I have worked in a nursery for almost a year as bank staff which is the same as cover staff, along with my university schedule. I also have a DBS with my current workplace and am on the update system.

I am currently working towards my BSc Joint Honours in Early Chilhood Studies and Health Studies.

My Availability

I have university Monday afternoon, Wednesday and Friday mornings. I am looking for something mostly on weekends but can also work during the week, when I’m not at university.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
