Hello... my name is Laura and I have cared for children for over 8 years now, developing my knowledge on children through my experiences as a nanny & early years practitioner.
I am a bubbly character, who enjoys being outdoors & busy, but who is also a massive musical lover!
I perform in many pantomimes & musicals for local theatre groups in the area, so I’m prone to singing and dancing a lot with the children!
I am also a massive animal lover, having my own dogs & cats, as well as access to horses for rides!
I currently work full time in a nursery as a Room Leader for the last year, but am looking to get back into nannying.
My Experience
I have worked with children for the last 8 years, working as a nanny, nursery practitioner/room leader or primary school teaching assistant.
I have had lots of experience with children of all ages, particularly focusing a lot of my career and experience on babies and toddlers, currently running a baby room in a day nursery.
I also have lots of experience with newborns, offering overnight newborn care too.
I have lots of experience with twins and multiple children.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Childcare
Paediatric & Early Years First Aid
DBS
Full UK Drivers License
My Availability
I currently work most of the week at a day nursery, leaving Monday afternoons available. I am actively looking for a new role, so please still free to message if you’re interested!
