My Requirements

Hey there! We are looking for a nanny to join us in our home, a short walk from Chiswick Park and South Action stations.

Up to £16ph (gross) depending on qualifications and experience.

Contracted Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Background desired: Experienced nanny and/or previous work in a registered childcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility on start/finish times to support as needed, and the ability to work additional hours as and when the household requires. Finish will be contracted to 6pm and flexibility to support until 7, or very occasionally evenings (8pm+) and very very occasional weekends, if needed. These additional hours will be added in the next monthly pay cycle.

The role is primarily to care for our two boys, to nurture them, to help educate them. A passion for childcare and child development is a must. They are lively, passionate and inquisitive. This is to be embraced and fostered.

All the usual nanny duties expectations will be part of the role. Make their food fresh, ensure their clothes are washed and ironed, uniform set out ready for the next morning. Make their beds, better yet encourage them to make their beds, even better, implement a rewards chart system to incentivize them to make their own beds :) You'll need to collect the boys from nursery and school, as well as take them to classes. Because of this it would be ideal if you had a UK driving license (automatic only is fine), but this is not a deal breaker. You will have the use of our car for these activities. This is busy role and you will need to be well organized and great at managing your time.

We both work from home on the third floor of a house and the two floors below will be primarily your responsibility to maintain throughout the day as you use them. These are the living room, the kitchen, the playroom and the children's bathroom and their bedroom. We also have a regular house keeper, you just need to keep on top and keep it tidy in between her visits.
