My Requirements

We have been incredibly lucky with the care we’ve had for our son so far and he has loved his childminder and playing with all the children there. They spend a lot of time outside and he mixes with children of different ages, both of which are things that we would ideally like to recreate in his new setting. Our ideal would be a nursery or childminder but we are also open to a nanny share with a family with school age children. Since my husband is a teacher, it would be great if we could have a term time only arrangement or something with a bit of flexibility in the holidays but we are willing to compromise on this for the right setting. Our son is very social and his communication skills are strong so we would like him to be able to continue developing relationships with other children. We are looking for somewhere he will be happy and can continue to thrive. We would also ideally like to send our next child to the same setting in due course.
