About Me
Busy mum to 8 and 10 year old boys in Thatcham needs help staying sane after school!
My Requirements
We are looking for an after school nanny / home help / babysitter from 3-6pm Mon-Thurs (term time only, potential for additional hours available in school holidays) but we could be open to 2 or 3 days as well!
The role needs a someone with a car as my younger son is will be at school approx a 10 min drive away (the older one walks himself home from a different school) and supervising them at home until 6pm.
They are mostly happy to entertain themselves, but we would like someone who is happy to chat and engage with them, organise occasional activities, trips to the park, cooking, playing games etc and help with small amounts of homework.
We are looking for someone to be more of a friend / elder sibling / fun relative to the boys rather than a traditional nanny role so if you like minecraft / fortnite / star wars / harry potter or pokemon it will be a great starting point (but if not don't worry - I know nothing about half of these).
We would need you to have a DBS (or to get one) and we are also looking for someone who is (or is willing to be) Ofsted regisitered (it is quite simple to do and we would cover all costs).
I currently work from home so will be in the house but mostly on the laptop upstairs.
