My Requirements

We are looking for an after school nanny / home help / babysitter for a couple of hours 3 or 4 days per week, term time only (potential for hours available in school holidays by mutual agreement).

The role needs a someone with a car (business insurance needed) as my son is will be at school approx a 20 min drive away (mileage paid for return distance to school @45p per mile in addition to hourly rate).

He is mostly happy to entertain himself, but we would like someone who is happy to chat and engage with him as and when. He loves having babies and toddlers around so it would be a great role for a Mum just looking for a few hours paid work.

We would also love somebody who is happy to cook a light meal if required and will help around the house eg empty the dishwasher, put a load of washing on etc if he is watching tv or playing online.

We are looking for someone to be more of a friend / elder sibling / fun relative to the boys rather than a traditional nanny role so if you like minecraft / fortnite / star wars / harry potter or pokemon it will be a great starting point (but if not don't worry - I know nothing about half of these).

My son is high functioning AuDHD and responds best to a laid back approach, but also thrives on 1:1 attention.

I currently mostly work from home so will be in the house but on the laptop upstairs, although there will be some days I will need to be in the office so full supervision and key holding will be required.
