I am a warm, reliable, and dedicated childcare professional with over four years of experience caring for children from 5 months to 5 years old. My Experience
I currently work as an Early Years Educator caring for children aged 2–5, supporting their confidence, independence, communication, and school readiness through structured activities and play-led learning. As a key person, I work closely with parents, providing daily feedback and building strong, trusting relationships with families.
Before this, I spent nearly two years working in a dedicated baby room where I gained strong hands-on experience caring for babies from around 5 months old. My responsibilities included preparing formula and expressed milk, supporting weaning, managing sleep routines, sterilising bottles and equipment, planning sensory activities, and supporting early development through interaction and play.
I have also provided private childcare within family homes, including sole charge care for babies and young children during evening routines, where I was responsible for feeding, bathing, administering medication, settling children for sleep, and maintaining family routines.
My Qualifications
I am Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education and hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, and regular Safeguarding training.
I have also completed Behaviour Management training and have experience supporting children with different needs and personalities. I am currently learning Makaton and have experience using visual communication methods to support children’s understanding, confidence, and emotional development.
My Availability
I am currently looking for a full-time nanny role with a warm and welcoming family where I can provide attentive, individualised care and become a positive and supportive part of family life.
I am open to live-out or live-in positions and flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and travel if required. I enjoy planning engaging activities, supporting routines, spending time outdoors, and helping children feel happy, secure, and confident in my care.
