Charlotte
Childminder in Audley
My Summary
About Me
Hi, I’m Charlotte, an Ofsted-registered childminder based in Scot Hay, Audley. I offer a warm, welcoming and home-from-home environment where children can feel safe, happy, valued and confident to explore, learn and have fun.
I have a fantastic large outdoor play area and spacious summer house, filled with a wide variety of toys and resources suitable for children of different ages and stages of development. There are plenty of opportunities for imaginative play, creativity, physical activity, exploration and learning, allowing children to learn through play and follow their own interests.
I also love getting out and about with the children and making the most of our local community and beautiful surroundings. We enjoy regular visits to toddler groups, farms, libraries, local parks and playgrounds, as well as exploring nature reserves and going on walks where we can discover the world around us.
My aim is to provide children with a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment where they can build confidence, develop new skills, make wonderful memories and, most importantly, enjoy being children.
My Experience
I have over 25 years of experience working with children. As well as being a parent myself, I have always worked in nurseries and playgroups, before registering as a childminder. I have absolutely loved being a childminder ever since and feel incredibly lucky to have spent so many years watching children grow, learn and develop.
My wealth of experience has given me a deep understanding of children’s individual needs, personalities and stages of development. I believe every child is unique, and I aim to create a nurturing environment where they can develop at their own pace, build confidence and feel proud of everything they achieve.

Charlotte is a fantastic person who provides endless experiences for my 1 year old daughter! She provides evidence of these experiences for us to see and values everything that my daughter does! I love the diary that's provided each day to inform us of meals eaten, nappy changes etc.
