My Requirements

Looking for an energetic, fun, kind and creative individual primarily to be responsible for our baby son ( fifteen months) but also to look after my older child, a daughter (six) when she is home from school. We would like someone with a flexibility of mindset and a happy disposition to be able to help our household run smoothly. Reliability is a must and someone who above all puts the children first. I want to feel that you treat my children (almost!) as if they were your own on the days when you are with us.

Salary to be negotiated but dependent on skills and experience. We are happy to pay competitive rates but will only talk in gross figures for salary (this is the advice from Nanny Tax and other agencies now). We are quite happy to have someone who likes to take school holidays off but it's not a must! Ideal working hours for us are 930 am-630 pm , but there is some flexibility around that. Looking for 2 days a week, possibly to be extended to 3 in time. Ideally you will choose between Monday, Thursday and Friday but there is some flexibility on this for the right person.
