My Experience
I have 7 years of experience as a registered childminder, providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Alongside my childminding career, I continue to work part-time as a registered nurse at weekends, allowing me to maintain my clinical skills, professional registration and commitment to children’s health and wellbeing.
As a mother of six children, I have extensive hands-on experience supporting children through every stage of their development, from babies and toddlers to school-aged children. In addition, caring for my many nieces and nephews has further strengthened my understanding of children’s individual needs, personalities and learning styles.
Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and learning through play. I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive and engaging environment where every child feels valued, confident and encouraged to reach their full potential.
I believe in building positive relationships with both children and parents, providing reliable, flexible and professional childcare that supports the needs of the whole family

I highly recommend Khadija as a childminder! She has been amazing in caring for my child, providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Khadija is reliable, kind and attentive to my child's needs. She communicates effectively and is very accommodating. I feel confident leaving my child in her care and would absolutely recommend to other parents looking for somebody trustworthy to look after their own

Khadija is currently looking after my 6 years old daughter, she picks her up from school and look after her for 3 hrs.
I am so grateful for the wonderful care my daughter receives from Khadija. She creates a warm and welcoming environment that makes my daughter feel safe and loved. She engages my daughter with a variety of activities and she even takes her to a library. She has a spacious area for kids with a lot of different toys. My daughter absolutely loves spending time at her home. It’s comforting to know that my daughter is in such capable hands.
I highly recommend khadija to any parent looking for a dedicated and caring childminder.

Khadija, has been childminding my children since 2020 my elder 2 boys attended the setting , which is so clean very well organised and have had an absolutely amazing experience , I could leave them with a peace of mind . They would come and tell me exactly how they enjoyed there day , Khadija would take them out to do fun activities and also allow them to part in the library/ museum & Much more .
My youngest the baby has started with khadija also over a month ago , He has always been so attached to me but since attending he allows himself to go in so easily without getting upset / having his nap time as per normal . Loving his outings with Khadija going to the park joining in with the activities/ visiting the library looking his favourite books joining in to his nursery rhymes he enjoys .
I really can feel at ease knowing he’s happy great care has been taken, I also receive pictures of him through the day with everything he does which really reassures me . I definitely recommend khadija she’s absolutely amazing at what she does my boy always comes back with clean clothes , clean face and fresh nappy . Smiling at the door ready for when I need to collect him .
