My Experience

I've worked for a number of different families over the years, both as a live in and live out nanny.

Whilst in my care, I tended to the children personal care, made healthy nutritious meals, helped with homework, school pick ups and planned exciting activities.

I have a good knowledge of the EYFS and follow this framework for the younger children i've cared for ensuring that I provide daily activities to cover all aspects of their development.
In my experience, children learn through play and day to day interaction so I aim to make activities fun, interesting and most importantly stimulating to the young mind.

I'm a avid hiker, who loves the great outdoors. So, I encouraged outdoor play and activities as much as possible, I  arranged regular nature walks as well as planned outings to the local parks, libraries and play groups.

I currently live in Leeds City Centre where I operate my own childcare business called PurplePatchChildcareCo and I aim to help parents with all their childcare needs from part-time nannying, babysitting, date night babysitting, after school care, emergency school pick ups and much more.

My home is a stone's throw away from Leeds General infirmary(LGI) so I alot of the parents who use my service are medical professionals.

I have a full enhanced DBS and I've subscribe to the update service allowing parents to view my certificate, I am a non smoker with my own car & clean licence.

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour

Nights and out of hours after 5pm =£15 p/h
Weekends 9-5pm = £13 p/h after 5pm £ 15 p/h
