My name is Juliet and I have over 20 years experience in Early Years. I live with my husband and little old dog near Dereham. I work full time but am happy to babysit in an evening to help families that would like to enjoy a well deserved night out!
My Experience
I have 20 years experience in Early Childhood. I ran a childminding business for 5 years when my own children were young. I then studied and worked as an Early Childhood teacher in NZ for 9 years. Since returning to the UK I have worked as a Nursery/Reception teacher, a Baby room leader at a Montessori/Forest School Nursery and a supply practitioner for an agency in many different Nurseries around Norwich. I set up 'Nurture' Homebased Childcare in September 2019 and was graded Outstanding by Ofsted in 2022. I am now work for Early Childhood and Family Service providing support for families with children from 0-5 years.

We are thrilled to have found Juliet to care for our daughter. She is a wonderful childminder, with a very calm and nurturing approach with the children and parents alike! The setting is beautiful with carefully thought out resources and opportunities for children to explore.
Our daughter settled very quickly in Juliet’s care and absolutely loves her days there. All the children appear happy and relaxed. The small numbers of children really help to create a home from home environment where lovely relationships can grow.
We have been really impressed with Juliet’s knowledge and attention to our daughter’s development and individual needs. Juliet’s home cooked meals are a big hit and carefully respect our daughters allergies which is very reassuring for us as parents.
Juliet offers care of a very high standard, with emotional warmth in abundance! We feel very fortunate to have found her and have no hesitation recommending her to others.
