I am looking for childcare around my shift work, so early mornings (with school drop offs), evenings (with school pick ups) and occasionally weekends. My shifts change week on week but I know my shift pattern well in advance. It would be wonderful to get a nanny who could also help with homework and supporting my daughter in her studies
