Hi, I’m Shree! Originally from California, I am an Ofsted-registered childminder offering a boutique childcare experience in the heart of Winchmore Hill, North London.
I purposely keep my ratio very small, working independently without assistants.
This allows me to provide your child with a highly personalized, "home away from home" environment packed with dedicated attention.

I provide nutritious, freshly prepared home-cooked meals and wholesome snacks throughout the day.

A strictly smoke-free, pet-free, and screen-free environment where children learn, socialise, and thrive without digital distractions.

Spaces are extremely limited due to my intentionally low child-to-adult ratio.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
Full day rate starting from £85 (all inclusive 2 snacks, hot lunch and a small tea)
While my core day-to-day environment is purpose-designed for infants and toddlers (two yrs) I maintain a limited number of bespoke private placements for children aged 3 and 4.
These exclusive placements are tailored for families seeking a premium, low-ratio alternative to large preschools.
Please note that these custom placements are subject to availability and are billed at my standard private independent day rate (£85), entirely outside of the standard 3-4 year old government funding schemes.
I do not offer term time only contracts.
I require minimum of two days of care
The funded childcare is offered in 10 hour blocks as one, two or three days per week. Families are welcome to pay privately for their child to attend a fourth or fifth day too, depending on availability. Consumables may apply
A 4-week deposit is required to secure your child's place. (This will go towards your last invoice) All fees are invoiced monthly in advance.

Shree was my daughter’s childminder for 3.5yrs. We had the most wonderful experience with Shree and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder. Shree creates a warm, fun, creative and very caring environment which my daughter absolutely loved and she made great friends.
Shree’s flexibility when on the occasion I needed an extra day of care or last minute childcare Shree was so accommodating and always provided.
Again I would highly recommend Shree.
