My name is Mailen, I am 36 years old and I am an Early Years Educator from Argentina. I have experience caring for children from babies to school age. I have worked in a bilingual school and have also worked as a nanny and au pair in London.
I’m a warm, patient and reliable person who enjoys helping children learn and grow through play, creative activities and consistent daily routines. I value creating a safe, caring environment where children feel comfortable and supported, while encouraging their independence and development.
I’m currently spending some time in my home country, Argentina, and planning my return to London around January. I’d be happy to provide references from previous families.

My Experience
I have over 8 years of experience working with children, including five years as an Early Years Educator in a bilingual English-Spanish school in Argentina, caring for children from 45 days to 6 years old. I have also worked as a nanny and au pair in London, caring for children aged 1 to 7.
My experience includes full-day childcare, school drop-offs and pick-ups, meal preparation, nap and bedtime routines, personal hygiene, homework support, and organising age-appropriate educational activities and outdoor outings. My teaching background allows me to support children's development through play, creativity, reading and activities tailored to their age and individual needs.
I’m organised, patient and reliable, and I value building a warm, safe and stimulating environment where children feel secure and encouraged to develop their independence.
Previous families have appreciated my open communication and the care I take to keep them informed about their children's needs and development. My Qualifications
Qualified Early Years Educator.
Paediatric First Aid trained, happy to renew my certification regularly.
I’ve also undertaken additional childcare and early years training throughout my career to keep my knowledge up to date.
My Availability
January 2027 - start date flexible/negotiable.

- Babysitting from £22.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)
