About Me
My name is Tanya and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in the Alwoodley area of Leeds. I live with my husband and our 3 children. We have a pet dog and a Cat.
I am are fully insured with public liability insurance and both myself and my husband hold paediatric first aid certificates, I am also a member of PACEY (profession association for childcare and early years)
We live in a 4 bed semi detached house, we have an enclosed private garden. Children will have full use of all the down stairs of our home, bathroom upstairs and my spare room for naps only, dependant on the child's sleep needs.
I will be following the Early years foundation stage for younger children with daily activities to cover all aspects of development, children learn through play and everyday experiences. I aim to make the activities fun and interesting so that all the children get the full benefit out of the experience.
Outdoor play is also very important and will form a large part of the time here within the garden, local parks and surrounding countryside (British weather dependant)
I also take the children to local playgroups, nature walks and the library etc.
My Experience
I have my own 3 children and was previously a childminding assistant before decided to register independently.
My Qualifications
Fully Ofsted Registered on the Compulsory and Voluntary Register
Full DBS checked
NCFE CASHE level 3 award in preparing to work in home based childcare
Paediatric first aid certificate
Level 2 Food safety and Hygiene for early tears settings
Along with any other continued professional development courses to support my practice.
I am also a member of the Pacey -Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years.
My Availability
The setting is open Monday to Friday 7.00am -6.00pm term time.
I am a term time childminder, with holiday cover available if arranged in advance and where I am available to do so. I can do school drop off and collections from Alwoodley primary and St. pauls catholic school.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I charge £5.00 an hour with meals which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner
Payments are a month in advance, any additional care fees will added to the next bill. This

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at St Paul's Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Academy
