About Me
My approach is intuitive and child-led. I love to encourage children’s creativity and appreciation for music, art and nature. The childcare resources I often return to are those based on Montessori and Forest School approaches to care. I’m a present and nurturing nanny.
I do this work because I find childhood quite fascinating and children a joy to be around. I can assist with the smooth running of family life, but mostly, I’m grateful for the ample opportunity to play.
In my spare time I like to sing, play instruments and read.
My Experience
I've been a a Nanny since October 2015. Throughout my career I've cared for newborns, babies, toddlers and school aged children; most of my experience is with under 5's and I adore working with babies and toddlers. I have sole charge experience with 1-3 children at a time of varying age groups. I have worked as a full-time daily nanny, after-school nanny, ad-hoc, temp, travel and currently work as weekend nanny + adult SEN family support worker.
Some of the things I have helped with are: maintaining baby routines, weaning, potty training, homework, music practice, light housekeeping, preparing simple nutritious meals for children and family, evening and overnight babysitting, adult SEN care, allergy management.

My Qualifications
I love to sing, and can often be found doing so to and with the children I care for. I can guide children into calm and presence through music and art making.
I love to encourage children’s creativity and appreciation for music, art and nature. I'm inspired by children's honesty and presence.
My Availability
Currently employed as a weekend nanny and available Tues - Fri for temp, part-time, and ad hoc work.
