I am a patient, kind, and loving 36-year-old American housewife looking for 20-40hrs of nanny work. I absolutely love children and I’ve worked in children’s care, entertainment, and instruction for 15 years. English is my first language and I am fluent in Spanish. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, practicing piano and voice, scenic walks, makeup artistry, video games, and reading. A few times a year I work as a freelance makeup artist or hairstylist, skills leftover from my time working as a performer.
I'm currently employed by one local family ad-hoc and in search of more work.
I believe in gentle, assertive parenting, as well as bringing up kids with life skills, clean eating, and screen-free activities. I prefer to match with families that share my values, however I am flexible.

My Experience
I started my child care experience at age 16 as a babysitter and by 20 in a licensed nursery, in which I worked full-time for 3 years, after which I switch to private nannying and babysitting. I’m experienced with care for infants, toddlers, and school age children. I've been a nanny or babysitter to several families over the years.
Additional: 7 yrs exp as a voice teacher; 3 yrs exp in children’s entertainment company as a princess, mascot, face painter and party host.
