I am 18 years old, currently studying childcare at college, and looking for part time evenings, weekends holidays work.
My Experience
I am just under 3 months away from finishing my 2 year course for a level 3 extended diploma in children’s play, learning and development. I have a full DBS background check. I do not yet have a first aid certificate or driving licence however I am working towards them, it has been a bit of a process due to studying weekdays. I have experience with toddlers in pre school and nursery, and children in reception and year 1. This has been in a range of settings including a private school and a pack away nursery. I don’t start working with babies under the age of 2 as part of my course until April, however I can still babysit them.
My Qualifications
3 months from finishing level 3 childcare diploma, DBS background check complete. Good understanding of cooking due to previous experience, including level 2 food and hygiene training. Good cleaning skills due to helping out with my parent’s job when I was younger. Working towards a first aid certificate (although I do have basic first aid understanding) and driving licence.
My Availability
Due to studies, I am only available part time, for evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to varied finish times during the week I am open to negotiate hours.
