Hello, I'm Michelle (Shelly), an experienced Private Maternity Nurse and Early Years Professional based in the Cotswolds. With over 34 years of experience supporting babies, children and families, I offer calm, professional and compassionate care during the precious early weeks of parenthood. My background includes working as a Private Maternity Nurse, Nanny, Baby Room Manager and Nursery Manager, alongside holding a BA in Early Childhood Studies, a Level 4 Maternity Nurse qualification ( which I am currently updating), a Level 4 Advanced Baby Practitioner qualification and a Level 3 in Childcare & Education. I provide personalised support tailored to each family's individual needs, helping you as parents feel confident, reassured and supported as you navigate life with a new-born. Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and excellent references available.

My Qualifications

My qualifications include, a BA in Early Childhood Studies, Level 4 Maternity Nurse qualification (currently updating), Level 4 Advanced Baby Practitioner qualification, Level 3 in Childcare & Education, Level 3 Childcare Assessor qualification. I also have up to date Paediatric First Aid, an Enhanced DBS and I am fully insured.

My Availability

Available for overnight maternity nurse support throughout the Cotswolds and surrounding counties, typically working 10 hour shifts, for example between 8pm and 6am, (although shorter or longer arrangements may be considered depending on individual family requirements).

My Fees

• Maternity Nursing from £25.00 per hour (gross)

I charge,
£25 per hour weekdays
£30 - £40 per hour weekends and bank holidays
