About Me
Hello! I’m Charlotte, and I’ve been a Primary School teacher for the past 4 years. I qualified in 2021 with a 3-year degree in Primary Education and Early Years with QTS from the University of Cumbria. Over the course of my career, I’ve taught in various locations, including London, the Lake District, and most recently, Abu Dhabi.
Since returning to the UK, I’ve realised the importance of providing individual support to children through tailored learning—something that can be challenging to achieve in a traditional classroom setting. During my time in the UAE, I saw firsthand the positive impact of tutoring, and it became clear to me that this is where my passion lies.
I take pride in the strong relationships I build with my students because I believe that ensuring they feel safe, happy, and valued is the foundation for success. Once that’s in place, anything is possible.
My Experience
Personalised 1:1 and small group sessions for primary-aged students in the Lake District, Cumbria. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment where young learners can thrive. My students will be taught using a thematic and cross-curricular approach, no lesson will be the same; learning will follow the interests of the children, that’s right, you choose what and how you learn!

I can be flexible with my tutoring as I can be available during the week but weekends are where I have most of my availability.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £35.00 per hour
