Unprofessional, bad practice
Unreliable childminder. Tells you how to parent, asks what your child eats because they are “obese” - yes, yes she said this.
Reports you if you “forget” anything. When actually it’s failed communication between staff members because nothing was forgotten.
Very self righteous and thinks her way is the only way. Very arrogant, loud, too full on with children.
If your child likes to sit down with their toys instead of dancing it’s a MASSIVE deal.
Very poor intellect. Doesn’t understand that not every child is the same.
She will make you feel a failure.

The decision to terminate the childcare arrangement was not one I took lightly. It followed careful consideration and was made because I no longer felt safe continuing the professional relationship. My first responsibility is to provide a safe environment not only for the children in my care but also for myself, my family and my staff.
I also appreciate that blocking communication may have been upsetting. However, after receiving repeated messages outside of working hours, including during the night, I felt it was necessary to establish clear professional boundaries to protect my wellbeing.
As a registered childcare provider, I have a legal and professional duty to share relevant information with appropriate agencies whenever they contact me or when safeguarding responsibilities require me to do so. These obligations are set out in the statutory framework that all registered providers must follow. They are never personal decisions or judgments about a family.
Because I respect every family's privacy and confidentiality, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the specific circumstances or the matters referred to in this review.
