Choosing Casey was definitely more than the right decision for our little one. What makes her special is that she’s not just looking after children – she’s a guide who helps them explore the world. She’s incredibly active and energetic, with a real drive to take children out to discover new things. She gives my daughter so much that we can’t provide.

The most impressive thing is how much she values outdoor activities – she takes the children out almost every day. For example, they go to parks, the library, and baby groups (with playing, crafts, cooking, painting, singing, dancing, etc.). She also takes them to National Trust sites and the beach, even though they’re quite far away. I believe it’s her genuine passion for this work that makes her go the extra mile.

Another thing we love is that she sends out a weekly newsletter, each week with a different learning and development theme. She’s the one who plans well and gets things done.

And for the practical things parents care about: she’s very professional, communicates with us promptly, and sends daily updates on our daughter. Her home is very spacious, clean and tidy, and all the toys are clean and look new. She really puts a lot into this job – energy, time, money, you name it. We feel so, so lucky to have her!
