We have an active toddler and an older child with additional needs (ASD and ADHD), Casey does occasional babysitting for us. She has created a strong bond with our eldest daughter who struggles with her social communication and emotional regulation - she bakes with her and engages with creative play. Our daughter really looks forward to time with Casey. Casey is equally at ease with our lively toddler and she has a calm confident energy which is much needed in our house. We think she is brilliant!
