About Me
D loves laughter. He is tickled pink by songs, music, images and numbers. He enjoys physical play, including swimming, trampolines and spinning around. Buses, trains, cars and exploring new places are high on his list of favourite things. Non-speaking, he expresses himself with a speech-generating device, visuals, gestures, and a little Makaton. He is twelve years old and has complex needs, including autism and a severe learning disability.
My Requirements
START: 25 AUGUST 2026
HOURS
* Term time: 20 hours per week; 15:15-19:15 M-F
* School holidays: up to 40 hours per week
* Occasional optional babysitting
PAY
* £20ph gross
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll organise D's after-school activities, pick him up from school and take him to his activity. Once home, you’ll assist D with his evening routine and prepare for the next school day. During the school breaks, you’ll organise day trips for the two of you.
