My Summary

My Experience

I had extensive nanny and nanny share experience in the USA (16years) with contactable excellent references. I am currently working in SW7 as a part time nanny. Over the holidays, I worked as a live in nanny in Watford taking care of 2 year old and 7 year old twins (boy-girl). Last summer, I worked for an upscale family from New York all over Europe, taking care of a 4 year old.

In 2017-2018, I worked in Portugal as a nanny/homeschooling teacher for a French family who has twins (4 years old). I taught them in full English immersion in a well-established Montessori home school. Additionally, I drove the twins to extra-curricular classes, playgrounds, museums, aquariums, beaches and so on. We enjoyed going to parks where I could apply recreational games using fine and gross motor activities and Yoga animal poses.

In Florida, I worked for the Polazzis for 5 years and raised two boys since they were newborns. I do not want to go through my entire CV in this page because it is extensive (2001- present); however, I would be excited to do so personally.

I am looking for a family who accepts me as a family member to let proper care take place with solidarity and integrity in the home environment. In the US, I have experienced sincere friendship with all families I worked for as a nanny and/or driver. I need to feel like I am at home as well! In addition, I am a good driver and I can drive a non-automatic and automatic car anywhere in the world

I am a certified fitness, swimming, aqua exercise and Yoga instructor and an educated woman (BA-MA) who enjoys taking care and educating newborns and children. I do have teaching experience as a Spanish Specialist and as an assistant in the US and UK (pre- school to 12th grade).

My maternal personality makes my nanny duties pleasurable and fun. I have three adult children on my own, Luiza who lives in NY, Enrico and Eduardo who live in Brazil.

I wish I were the person all the parents I worked for think I am! Maybe they think I am great because I cannot just do nothing! They usually say being hands on and joyful are my main characteristics!

I am not perfect and that is for sure; however, I always do my best to help parents. When it comes to the children, it is guaranteed that I will fall in love with them as the weeks pass by.

Being highly active means, that playing outdoors is what I like the most. Reading, pantomime, arts and crafts, games are among many other things I enjoy doing.

Additionally, my swimming skills are excellent! Besides being a swimming teacher, I was a varsity swimmer too.

My BA with major in Spanish, with pathways to teaching, is from Florida Atlantic University, Professional Teaching Certificate from Florida Department education, Exercise and Science Certificate from Florida International Fitness, MA in TESOL from Cornerstone University in Michigan and Physical Education Diploma from Brazil.
