About Me
Hello! My husband and I live with our 2 daughters in Sydenham. Out eldest is 6 and in Year one at St Bart’s school and youngest is 4 and due to start school in September.
Our 4 year old has global development delay and social communication needs. They are both really lovely little girls. Happy, lots of fun and friendly. And generally pretty easy to look after.
We’re a happy and easy going family. We like spending time with family and friends, eating nice food and going on trips. We’re mainly vegetarian. We both have fairly demanding jobs although not really long hours.
My Requirements
We’re looking for term time after school childcare for our daughters for 3 days/week from the beginning of September when the little one starts school (which we expect to be at St Bart’s in Sydenham with her sister). We’re looking for someone to drop/off pick up the girls and care for and entertain them. We live really close to the school - 1 minute walk! Ideally we’re looking for Tues-Thursday but can potentially be flexible about times and days for the right person.
We’d love someone who has some experience with special educational needs but if you’re interested and want to learn that could work too. The main things is your passionate about looking after children.
We may have the odd evening babysitting requirement and potentially some school holiday care if that works for you. But not essential you’re available for these.

My little girl Thea was looked after by Annitha and her aunt Lesley from age 1 to 2. They are both incredibly caring and really make the children feel loved and special. They genuinely care for the children they look after and it’s clearly more than a job for them. It’s a warm home environment that’s very relaxed and Thea thrived here and loved her time.
