About Me
Hi, I'm Kristle, I'm 35 and I live in Sudbury with my husband, our 2 year old old son, and Miniature Dachsund.
I am a fully qualified and Ofsted registered Childminder, providing a safe, fun, engaging and nurturing home from home setting.
I have enjoyed working in childcare for the past 13 years, as a Childminding assistant and Nanny, looking after children from Newborn to age 11.
Being a part of the child's journey, seeing them grow, learn and develop is so rewarding!
Since returning from maternity leave last year, I have been working as a childminding assistant whilst embarking on the process of registering with Ofsted to become a Childminder in my own home. I completed my registration in June, and I am ready to open in September 2025.
I have a dedicated play room for the children, with plenty of fun and educational resources and activities, as well as a fully enclosed garden with slide, swing, sandpit and mud kitchen to name a few!
I will have availability for 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm.
I am also available for babysitting during the evenings and weekends.
My Experience
I started working in childcare in 2013 as a childminding assistant and absolutely loved it. When the childminder retired, I went on to become a Nanny, and have since worked with 4 lovely families over the last 10 years.
I have experience with children aged 0 to 11 and often cared for multiple children at a time.
My duties would include getting the children ready in the morning, preparing meals, school or nursery drop off and pick up. During the day I would provide fun and engaging activities for the children as well as lots of time outside, whether that be nature walks, trips out to the park, playgroups, swimming, zoo etc.
My Qualifications
I am qualified as a Level 2 childcare provider.
I have:
-DBS Check
-Paediatric First aid training
-Food Hygiene training
-Safeguarding training
I have a full, clean driving license and my own car.
I have also completed additional CPD training for
- Food allergy awareness
- SEND
- Understanding Autism
- Loose parts play
- Understanding Schemas
I like to regularly complete further CPD training to expand my knowledge.
My Availability
I will have availability 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My Local Schools
